These teachings are accessible to all and do not require any commitment. Because they can be understood at many levels, these are suitable for beginners or more experienced individuals. Everyone is welcome.
The teachings are given weekly and organised in series although each teaching stands on its own. No need to reserve in advance, you can simply walk in at the time of the teaching.

The teaching lasts about 75 minutes. Attendees can sit on chairs or on cushions on the floor to be comfortable. There is no physical exercise during the teaching.
The teaching comprises :
• A simple meditation to quiet the mind
• The actual teaching during which a specific theme on meditation or the Buddhist’s philosophy is introduced and developed
• A guided meditation to try to gain a practical experience of the teaching
After the teaching, everyone is welcome to meet around a snack and continue to exchange with the teacher and other participants.
